Trainee program
Would you like to lay the foundation for a successful career while exploring different areas of the business? Our trainee program gives you the opportunity to work with different teams, build practical experience, and discover your personal strengths. You'll develop a broad understanding of the uvex group and find the area that suits you best.
Duration
The program lasts 18 months and begins with six months in your home base, your primary department. During the following job rotation, you'll have the opportunity to explore related areas across the business. This broadens your perspective beyond your own field and helps you develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire uvex world.
Area of work
You apply for a trainee position with a specific functional focus. From day one, you will take on dedicated responsibilities within your chosen field and contribute to projects that accompany you throughout the trainee program. This allows you to stay closely connected to your home base and maintain a strong professional anchor while exploring other areas of the business through your rotations.
