Arrival in your department.
Discussion of the initial training plan and providing with working equipment.

Working through the initial training plan. You will get to know your central contact persons. In your department and across departments.
Interview with your manager at the end of the induction period after six months.
Welcome by management at the semi-annual Onboarding Event.
