Since the company was founded in 1926, the uvex group has integrated legal and ethical principles in its corporate policy. For this reason, no discrimination of any kind is tolerated, while compliance with the applicable Working Conditions Acts is also observed.
This all starts, for example, with a comprehensible working contract in the employee’s respective native language and offering at least the statutory minimum wage, before extending to promote aspects such as employee health and a beneficial work-life balance. Furthermore, the uvex group is working to implement the requirements of the Supply Chain Law in full.
