Operational addiction counselling

For several years now, the uvex group has had Otto Vöstner, a certified company addiction consultant (IHK) in its own ranks.

His tasks include raising awareness, providing advice and support on the subject, as well as making contact with affected and endangered employees in the company. Various companies reported on their cooperation with company addiction counsellors in everyday life at an event organised by the IHK Mittelfranken and the Laufer Mühle therapy centre.

The uvex group was represented by Manuela Graf (personnel officer). The focus of the presentation was - according to the motto protecting people - on addiction prevention, in which Otto Vöstner is significantly involved together with the Health Steering Committee
