Get fit with water and uvex group

We often drink too little, which can be dangerous especially in summer and rising temperatures. The consequences are dehydration, lack of concentration, headaches, fatigue.

As part of the company health management, a health insurance partner explained to our colleagues what can happen to the body and mind if they drink too little.

To monitor their regularly water consumption and to be reminded to drink a glass of water more occasionally and as a thank-you for participating in the campaign a "water alarm clock" was added, which reminds in regular intervals to take a sip of water. The sporting ambition can also be satisfied with this campaign - the 14-day online challenge "Whose water battery is fully charged?" is an extra motivator!

Another tip: Fruit infused water!

Admittedly, it is sometimes difficult for us to drink enough water. In addition to the "water alarm clock", a little taste in the glass helps to replenish the water balance, especially at warm temperatures.

There are no limits to the possible combinations! Let's go - get some Water!
