Focus on the labour market - the uvex group in conversation with the Bavarian State Minister for Family, Labour and Social Affairs

Bavaria's labour market stands out within Germany: in large parts of the country there is practically full employment. For companies, this means retaining qualified employees and, for the Federal Employment Agency, specifically promoting and placing customers.

For this reason, Mr. Daniel Terzenbach, Chairman of the Federal Employment Agency, invited to Berlin for a joint exchange. At a moderated panel discussion, the uvex group, represented by personnel officer Manuela Graf, had the opportunity, alongside Rational AG and Zwiesel Kristallglas, to exchange views with Kerstin Schreyer (Bavarian State Minister for Family, Labour and Social Affairs) and Ralf Holtzwart (Managing Director of the Bavarian Regional Directorate of the Federal Employment Agency) on the aforementioned topic and to report on the challenges from a company perspective.

Manuela Graf was able to draw attention to the many different measures of our employer brand that strongly support the recruiting process and contribute to employee retention. The panel discussion made it clear that actively operating companies and transparent cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency contribute to solving the current challenges in HR everyday life.
